Help with your order 

A Sisters of Los Angeles customer service representative is available to answer your questions. Send us an email   (M-F, 9am-5pm PST). Orders placed after 12:00 PST will be processed the next business day. We strive to have domestic orders out within 3 business days. You will be notified if an item is out of stock via email. International orders will vary depending upon shipping method and final destination.  When you place your order we will authorize your credit/debit card for the full amount of the order, this authorization will last up to five (5) business days. Once your order ships your credit/debit card will then be charged.

Return Policy 

Sisters of Los Angeles is happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit for any items that are not completely satisfactory. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of receipt. Goods must be returned in perfect, unopened condition in the original shipping box. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacturing, please contact us at within 5 days.  Upon return your merchandise will be inspected.  In some circumstances such as refusal of delivery/return, a usage or restocking fee of 15%-25% may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Single items purchased in sets cannot be returned individually.

We will promptly credit your card upon receipt of the returned items and will send you an e-mail confirmation. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. This return policy is for online orders only.

International Checkout and Shipping

Please note the customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any order additional to shipping charges.  Sisters of Los Angeles is not responsible or liable for shipping costs or damages during shipping.  We recommend insuring your international orders.  International orders are ALL FINAL SALE.
